In order to ensure that proper security and safety measures are exercised at all times, Arthur Blank & Company has established an Asset Protection Program. The mission associated with this program safeguards the property of our customers, our employees, and our company assets.   Video Surveillance   32 cameras are located throughout our facility covering all access and egress points.   Pan/tilt zoom capability cameras are located inside and outside the facility.   The entire camera system is under continuous video recording at each of the respective locations.   The monitoring station is located in the office of the VP of Asset Protection/Human Resources.   Photo ID Badge   All employees are assigned and required to wear a photo ID.   The ID badge also serves as a door access key, programmed with appropriate authorized access codes designed to restrict access and control human traffic.   Visitors and guests are required to register with the receptionist, wear a guest badge and are accompanied by an escort.   Electronic Door Access   Access and egress throughout the facility is controlled at all doors.   Doors are programmed through the card access software.   Time zones, reader zone groups, authorization to areas at certain times, and other security features are all controlled by a dedicated-non-network computer system activated by individual ID badges.   The system limits access between the manufacturing floor and administrative areas.   Intercom systems are in place at the employee entrance with the ability to speak to the manufacturing floor.   Shipping and receiving areas require authorized employee activation for entering and exiting these sensitive areas.   Highly restricted areas include the following departments: Card personalization/data management, Pre-Press.   Security and Fire Alarm   Security alarms and fire alarms are monitored 24 hours a day through an off-site central station alarm service.   A proprietary security agency provides nightly unannounced inspections of 2nd and 3rd shift operations - interior and exterior patrols.   Corporate Policies and Procedures The Arthur Blank & Company employee handbook contains current language that clearly outlines the responsibility of our employees and necessity for compliance of all security related policies.
